Customer’s Problem :
In order to optimize its production output by improving the efficiency of its planning and its responsiveness to events, Lemay Outillage was looking to strengthen the exchange of information between production employees, and to obtain better real-time visibility of the performance of its machinery. The company also wanted to make significant progress towards its vision of a connected factory.

 

Customer Need :
The Lemay Outillage team decided to implement SYNKRO, a customized software solution designed by Merkur to make the most of relevant data from its production equipment and ERP.
