Project

Merkur worked with one of its customers in aircraft manufacturing to optimize assembly operations. We applied 5S principles to the design of a new cart meeting health and safety standards.

Customer issue:
The customer faced health and safety issues when storing and moving an aircraft door lifting tool.

Requirement:
We were commissioned by their tooling department to design and deliver a specific transport cart for a set of tools to help them increase productivity and efficiency.
" Merkur took charge of the project from A to Z, minimizing the effort required of the customer, while consulting with them regularly to stay aligned with their needs "
