Project

LPM is a family-run company based in Boisbriand, specializing in closed die-forging, stamped part production and production line integration. LPM’s success is driven by a visionary president and an experienced, competent and dynamic team. They have customers in all types of manufacturing sectors. LPM’s DNA is to be of service to its customers

Customer’s Problem :
LPM had a potential for growth and investment in more efficient machines that no longer corresponded to the structure and space of the current building. Internal flows were degraded and there was storage outside the building.

Customer Need :
The collaboration with Merkur was rooted in their need to ensure that they didn’t overlook various elements that would defeat the new layout. They needed to optimize flow and space, eliminate waste and define a more efficient work organization.
" Our decision to expand the plant to accommodate our constant growth brought with it its share of challenges and opportunities. Merkur's ability to involve the company's key players and constantly challenge everyone's ideas enabled us to successfully fulfill the mandate. "
Stéphane Boisjoli
President of LPM

" For over 3 years, we've been helping LPM optimize its operations. It all started with a diagnostic mandate to grow from the inside out by reducing waste on the floor and reviewing the flow. Stéphane's vision on the one hand, and LPM's growth on the other, made expansion a necessity. "
