1994 : A PASSION FOR MANUFACTURING
It all began in 1994 when Martin Dufour founded Merkur. He quickly surrounded himself with a team who, like him, are passionate about manufacturing and product development. Their driving forces have always been performance, innovation, and the desire to contribute to the success of manufacturing companies.
A KEY PARTNERSHIP: PAVING THE WAY TO SUCCESS
In the early days of Merkur, our team had the opportunity to work and develop its skills with a world-class manufacturing customer and innovation leader. Thanks to our expertise and ideas, we were able to carry out several projects in collaboration with this customer, enabling us to evolve alongside the best. After all these years, this customer has become a loyal business partner.
DAZZLING GROWTH: MEETING EVOLVING NEEDS
Over the years, we have worked to expand our range of services to offer customized solutions to our customers’ growing needs. We began by developing our Continuous Improvement services, to which we added a Product Development department. We then added Logistics and Strategic Sourcing, Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering, Automation and Robotics, and Smart Factory to our existing departments, giving us a global, multidisciplinary and strategic approach.
